Annual Plant & Resource Sales
The Spring Tree & Shrub Sale provides around 35,000 bare-root seedlings of tree, shrub, fruit tree, berries and various planting aids to support conservation planting projects. Serving around 750 customers every year with pre-sale period from January - March and the sale pick-up in mid-April.

- Saturday, April 19, 2025, 9 - 11am
Extra Sale is 10am-11am only.

Pre-sale & Pick-up instructions:
Customers can pre-order online or download and submit the paper form. There are more options, images, details online.
Payment Methods:
Credit card or Check is accepted for orders made through our online store.
Checks can be made payable to "Washtenaw CD" and sent or dropped off to the WCCD office:

Pick-up Process:
Follow the signage to park and walk to Shed D with the blue tent out front. Accessible parking spaces will be available. Our staff and volunteers will request your name or order number. All orders will be pre-packed.
Please verify you received all your items in good condition before leaving the grounds. The customer assumes liability once the order is picked up. The WCCD does not guarantee survival of plants after they leave the distribution event. See our Refund Policy for more information.
Can't make it during the pick-up times?
The pick-up times are the ONLY time we'll have the pre-orders available at this location. Here are some options if you can't make it:
- Send a Friend! (preferred) Send someone else to pick up your order.
- Volunteer and take your orders home early!
- Donate the order to the WCCD School & Community Habitat Grant, which supports local community restoration projects.

Extras Sales - Saturday 10am to 11am:
We sell any extra trees & shrubs on Saturday at the end of the pick-up times. See the online store or PDF form below for species & prices, though there is no guarantee what will be left over. To shop for extra trees & shrubs, we recommend coming by 10 am on Saturday. Extras sales are first-come first-served.
Volunteer for the Distribution event!
Volunteers also get first dibs on the extras sale before everyone else:

Any trees/shrubs purchased from the WCCD sales for the purpose to grow and resell must do so with proper licensing, certificates, and inspections, in accordance with the Insect Pest and Plant Disease Act, P.A. 189 of 1931, as amended.
