The Vendor application period will be open from:
- October - December: The form will first open exclusively to returning vendors.
- January - April: Public vendor registration will be open until the April 6 deadline, or earlier if we reach capacity limitations.
Vendors are encouraged to sponsor to support the event and gain more visibility to our audience. Vendor and Sponsorships are now separate forms. Sponsor benefit levels and registration can be found on the Sponsorship page
Before completing the application below, all Vendors / Exhibitors must read & comply to the 2026 Vendor Rules & Regulations.
Payment is accepted by debit or credit card on the online application, or by mailing or dropping a check to the WCCD office:
