Jill works to connect the community of Washtenaw County to our programs and services through outreach and volunteer coordination.

She has a degree from University of Michigan in restoration ecology. In 2011 she and her partner started Green Things Farm at a local farm incubator program. They then purchased 64 acres on the north side of Ann Arbor where the farm is now settled. They grow certified organic vegetables, cut flowers, and rotationally graze beef cattle. She has also been the Deputy Clerk of Ann Arbor Township and has served on their Planning Commission, and Zoning Board of Appeals.
