Emily has spent most of her career in healthcare administration. She is also a licensed esthetician that specialized in organic skincare and spent time working in a local greenhouse putting her Master Gardener and Master Rain Gardener knowledge to good use.
She and her husband and son moved to his family farm where they started Mount Hope Farms and are growing lavender for products that she sells at stores and markets. She recently added a field of peonies and is working on restoring habitat with native plants. Her hobbies include thrifting, birding, baking, reading and rock hunting.
