Robbin Pott created and leads Pott Farms, L3C, a certified Regenerative Organic hemp farm in Willis. The farm is a small educational and research hemp farm that provides paid seasonal internships for your people who have experienced poverty and trauma. Her experience as a lawyer and public policy researcher in child welfare helped her to understand that a major obstacle for young people, especially those who are overcoming the experience of poverty and trauma, is a lack of supported economic opportunity. Pott Farms is designed as a restorative solution to address this problem, and is rooted in conservation and responsible land stewardship. 

The internship program includes training in regenerative methods for raising crops, protecting habitat, managing livestock, and eco-restoration of natural areas. She is a certified soil biology consultant by Dr. Elaine Ingham's Soil Food Web School and leads the on-farm training and educational activities, The farm sells certified regenerative organic raw hemp products and provides living soil services to the public to help fund the farm’s job training programing.
