Patricia has served as the Director of Human Resources for Pittsfield Charter Township since 2012. Patricia has developed and implemented many enhancements to the organization’s internal operations including departmental business plans, personnel policy enhancements; employee workplans and evaluations, a wellness program, DEI and other professional development trainings, etc. She has also helped negotiate collective bargaining agreements for the Township to address fiscal responsibility, benefits and their long-term legacy costs, and recruitment and retention.

​Prior to working for Pittsfield, Patricia held leadership positions in both the government and non-profit sector for over twenty years. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) Degree from Eastern Michigan University (EMU). She currently serves on the Washtenaw County Conservation District Human Resources Committee and EMU’s MPA Advisory Board and enjoys volunteering for MPA related events and programs.
